To start an etiquette business, you do not need to spend thousands of dollars on training and materials.  I was a stay-at-home mom and I did not have money to spend on training, or hire a website designer.  For over a year I researched everything on etiquette. Went to libraries, book stores, visited websites, talked with local school teachers, parents, restaurant managers.  Every place that a child would come in contact with other people, I went and interviewed those people.  I wanted to get a pulse of what adults were seeing as a problem with some kids today.  I heard an earful.

I also held many classes with children in the area, before launching my business.  I created a fantastic curriculum that teach kids important etiquette lessons, while at the same time have fun.
