What time does the training workshops begin and end?
The workshops are held on the weekends and is for two days.
The workshop begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 5:00 p.m.
I will be in my classroom at 8:30 a.m.
What is the dress code?
You may dress casually and comfortably.
What will I receive when I attend your workshop?
You will receive a comprehensive Children’s Etiquette Business Package that will contain:

The business package is used throughout the workshop. It is a comprehensive manual to help you learn how to run a class from beginning to end.
What will we be doing to learn the techniques and skills to be an etiquette consultant?
I will have children come in and we will teach a class to them. You will be able to see how they learn the lessons. You will be able to ask questions and interact with the children also.
This is allow you to see how well the children learn the curriculum.
The purpose of being so hands-on, is for you to feel really confident and comfortable when you are ready to start teaching your first class.
When do I receive my Certified Etiquette Consultant Certificate?
After you have completed the entire etiquette workshop, you will receive your certificate.
What is included in the price of the workshop?
In addition to your workshop materials and having the expertise of my experience at your fingertips, you will receive breakfast, lunch, beverages, suggestions for further professional development, and a Certified Children's Etiquette Certificate.
What kind of support can I expect after I attend the workshop?
I offer a lifetime of free follow-up telephone and e-mail support. Whenever you have a question, I will be more than happy to help you.
Will there be time to speak directly with you when I am at the workshop?
You can have one-on-one discussions with me about your individual ideas or concerns while attending the workshop. In addition to being available during breaks, I will also be available after hours, and before the course starts in the morning. You are invited to schedule one-on-one sessions to discuss any questions you have when you get home.
What can I expect when I attend the Children's Etiquette Training workshop?
1st Day:
On the morning of your workshop, you will be greeted by me and we will sit down for a light breakfast.
We will discuss starting an etiquette business and get into etiquette training.
We will have a lunch break and you may ask any questions you have.
After lunch, we will continue the training and have children come in to learn etiquette lessons and than continue etiquette training.
We will be finish the day 5:00 p.m.
2nd Day:
Breakfast will be served and we will discuss what we learned the previous day.
We will concentrate on learning all of the etiquette lessons in the curriculum. Than we will discuss marketing, pricing and advertising.
After the lunch break, we will go over all the curriculum and go though all the steps you need get your business started.
How are your workshops structured?
The workshop will be very participative. I invite questions, comments, and discussion at any time.
The activities and methods will vary to keep you interested and stimulated. I’ll maintain a good pace so you will learn all the lessons. We will have a few breaks, so you can stretch, walk, talk, or make phone calls.
What are my payment options
I accept checks, money orders or Paypal.
What is you cancelation policy?
You may cancel your registration up to 48 hours before the workshop begins. As long as you call me and let me know that you are unable to attend, you will not be charged any fees. If you fail to attend the workshop and have not informed me, you will be charged the entire workshop fee.
If a workshop is canceled, changed or postponed in any way, I will give you as much advance notice as possible. If you are unable to attend at a revised date, I will refund 100% of any pre-paid course tuition fees; however, I will not be liable for any costs associated with travel, hotel, or any other consequential damages.
